 Responsibilities
 Candidates must have a solid understanding of the Urban AC format, including community involvement.  The candidate must be strong in coaching and training of talent, have proven skills producing the sound of the station and have recognized leadership ability from their staff and manager.   A good understanding of radio station research and skills in strategic planning for radio stations is important.
 Qualifications
 Must have at least two years experience as a radio Program Director or an Assistant Program Director.    A track record of success if very important.

 Responsibilities
 The variety of exciting responsibilities include greeting listeners, prize winners and clients of the radio stations, working with industry-specific software, maintaining/ordering all office supplies, over-night packages, daily mail and answering a very busy multi-line switchboard.  There is tremendous growth potential, as a qualified person will have opportunities to work in various capacities (from administration to on-site event work) with our sales departments, promotions offices, program directors, executive assistants, events division and much more!
 Qualifications
 The qualified candidate will be an extremely punctual and positive individual proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and have a minimum of two year's experience on a very busy, multi-line switchboard and working knowledge of all office equipment.   A strong sense of Customer Focus, with impeccable interpersonal skills are an absolute must, as well as strong problem solving and decision making abilities.

 WXGL-FM, 107.3 The Eagle is seeking a Novice Account Manager.  Business development defines this position.  This position will allow the individual to Enterprise business through a variety of means - airtime, creative production, endorsements, remotes, station appearances, promotions and Internet are some of the capabilities this position will be expected to utilize to solve client needs.  Aggressive and intelligent prospecting from Retail and other traditional sources of Enterprised business will be expected from this position.
 Responsibilities

 Qualifications
 Some Marketing & Advertising expertise should already be present in the individual.  While we can develop expertise further, the candidate should have some level of skill and expertise to begin.  Ideal candidate should have a minimum of zero to three years experience in selling radio.  Market experience is preferred.  While this position requires a minimum level of sophistication and skill with Advertising Agencies, it absolutely requires an intensive Enterprised or business development effort.
